What’s been happening:

Since graduating from Penn State's Smeal College of Business in 1990 with a degree in Real Estate, I have acquired great experience and knowledge in real estate analysis, forecasting, appraisal, administration, management, and sales and leasing. Firms in which I have associated include PNC Bank Corp., CB Richard Ellis, Grubb & Ellis, Sotheby's, and the United State Government. Along the way, I also earned a Master of Business from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. My most enjoyable time was that of living and working in the San Francisco Bay area and representing landlord and tenant entities in commercial real estate lease transactions in Downtown San Francisco, Oakland, and Marin County. I currently reside in Washington, DC and hold the position of Senior Realty Specialist with General Services Administration Services, an Executive Branch agency of the United States Government. I have a great passion for real estate of all types and am grateful that Penn State offered this rare program that has opened doors for many of its serious and bright graduates. With an attraction to the coast, I have enjoyed living close to the Atlantic and Pacific oceans and their bay regions. Socially and academically, I had a great time during my years at Penn State and am grateful for the respect the university continues to attract throughout the United States and abroad.
